World Class companies know that employee wellbeing is key for staff to thrive at work, there is a clear link to suggest that when people can see and feel mutual support from all levels, they’re more likely to be engaged, pro-active, motivated and productive.

At Artemis, we strive to demonstrate these values by making them the core of our culture which is embraced at all levels of the business. This way of working manifests itself in our leadership, physical work environment and structured training and recognition programs.

In the midst of our 65th year, Artemis can look back on the long heritage which has been formed. As a world class designer and producer of advanced, optical thin-film coatings, we have spanning the Aerospace, Defence and Medical industries. We are proud of the customer relationships which we have built over the years and to ensure that any new employee it able to maintain those levels, professional sales training will be offered after a settling in period.

We appreciate that individuals like to understand the route for their career progression. As a fast growing business, this role has the potential to evolve into something greater within the sales team. This progression will depend upon any individual showing the right levels of commitment and attitude to their role and the company’s goals.

Based in Plympton, the role will be office based. The standard working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday but this can be flexible for the right candidate to fit around their personal circumstances.
