artemis' Helmet Mounted Display Patches

Our Helmet-Mounted Display (HMD) solutions feature high adhesion coatings on contoured plastic visors, delivering lightweight and enhanced durability in a cockpit compatible material. The high contrast display patches ensure a brighter, sharper image that is visible in high glare conditions and that also helps to increase the data source lifetime.

We produce highly uniform display patches, which increases the consistency of contrast, and our team has the capabilities to coat very thin substrates with high aspect ratios, which contributes to reducing the visor weight offering reduced visor weights. At the same time, angle-of-incidence compensated coatings give consistent brilliance across the entire display.

BAE Systems' Striker® II Helmet-Mounted Display (HMD) is a fully digital solution that provides today's combat pilot with exceptional night vision and target tracking technology, integrated within a visor-projected system. With decades of combat-proven experience, the platform-agnostic Striker II HMD builds upon the current Striker HMD, which has been successfully deployed on Eurofighter Typhoon and Gripen fleets.
